LIVE MATCHING ENGINEFrom qualified intent to call-level reporting.
Consumer-initiated traffic
Nexa Leads accepts genuine consumer-initiated inbound enquiries under campaign-specific rules. Artificial, incentivized, spoofed, deceptive or unauthorized traffic is prohibited.
Consent evidence
Nexa Leads maintains required source, disclosure and consent records for its in-house generation activity. Buyers must maintain records applicable to their own call handling and follow-up.
Advertising and lead generation
Nexa Leads campaigns must not use misleading claims, hidden material terms, prechecked consent, deceptive buttons, unauthorized brands or practices that obscure who may contact the consumer.
Contact and recording rules
Calling hours, do-not-call obligations, call recording notices and state-specific requirements must be followed where applicable.
Suppression and complaints
Partners must promptly honor applicable opt-out or suppression requirements, preserve complaint evidence and cooperate with investigation and remediation.
Operational responsibility
Nexa Leads controls its in-house generation sources. Each buyer remains responsible for its agents, systems, service providers and downstream handling after a call is delivered.
Campaign-specific controls
Contact, consent, recording, suppression and evidence requirements are documented for each approved campaign and traffic source.
